Ms. Moses was notified by her HOA that her driveway, and town house needed cleaning. She contacted us to receive an estimate which was provided within two days. She then contacted us to have the work scheduled. The day before the scheduled cleaning date we notified her we would be on her property. We arrived on time and completed the cleaning with no problems. Once the town house and the driveway and sidewalk were cleaned, we provided her an emailed copy of her invoice along with photographs of the property. She immediately paid the invoice through the emailed invoice and sent us a text stating, "Looks Great! Thanks for coming out."
