Mr. and Mrs. Zeller contacted me to have their sidewalk cleaned. We arrived early, spoke with them and started the project. We pre-treated the surface with our industry approved cleaning solution, allowing it to dwell for several minutes. Once the dwell time was finished we used our surface cleaner to remove the green and black algae from the surface. We completed a thorough rinse and then post treated the surface with our cleaning solution to provide a longer cleaning period. Mr. Zeller came outside and said, "Wow! I don't see our dirty sidewalk any more." He was very pleased with the work we completed.
