I was completing work in her neighborhood when she contacted me to have her house soft washed. During my initial walk around the property I found the banisters had paint chipping away and were in disrepair. I also noted a missing door molding around her rear garage door along with oxidation on the aluminum siding. We took every precaution around these areas to not cause damage or allow water to enter these areas.
The house came out beautifully. I sent her photographs of the completed work so she could see the difference since she was not going to be home until after it was dark. She was very excited to see the transformation.
