Mr. Pearce contacted me to have his house washed. He had a lot of green algae growing on the front and the right side of the house. We down streamed sodium hypochlorite, Southern Drawl and water onto the siding of the house. This killed all the green algae bringing the siding back to its bright original color. We then completely rinsed the home with fresh water.
We rinsed all the windows three times. We do this to make sure all the cleaner is removed and a streak free window is produced for the home owner. This also helps remove any dirt and cob webs between the screens and window panes.
When we were finished, Mr. Pearce and I took a walk around the property to make sure everything was cleaned to his satisfaction. He was very pleased with the results and thanked me for my service.
