We had the pleasure of soft washing this home in Gloucester, Va. It had green algae and light dirt built up on the vinyl siding. After we applied the industry approved cleaning solution to the siding and gave it time to remove the green algae, we completed a thorough rinse of the property. One thing we had to watch for was the oxidation on the siding. This is the breaking down of the siding after years of sun, rain and abuse. We had noticed this prior to the cleaning and notified the client. He was very pleased with the results and plans on having us back to clean his deck later in the year.
