House Wash in Hampton, VA

Mrs. Hatfield contacted to get their aluminum siding two story home pressure washed. Since this was an older home with aluminum siding, I explained that we could removed all the organic growth, algae, mold and mildew but the aluminum and the paint may be in different stages of deterioration. I explained she may need to have the house painted or the aluminum siding replaced depending on what they decided to do. Mrs. Hatfield had to leave for work but her mother was there. Once the work was completed we walked the property so I could show her the areas of paint deterioration. She thought the house looked much better that it had and asked me for a business card so she could contact me at a later date to complete a cleaning on her/mothers residence within the next few months. She stated that her daughter would reach out to me once she gets home from work. I later received a text message from Mrs. Hatfield, "Wow It looks great! Thank you so much!"
