Mary contacted me to have her house soft washed last week. Once she saw the results she decided to have her rental cleaned as well. I made contact with the renters Pat and Christy and scheduled the house soft wash. We arrived early and spoke with Pat. We applied our cleaning solution to the vinyl siding. This cleaner neutralized the organics that was making the cream colored siding look green. We then completed a thorough rinse of the property which brought it back to a bright and clean finish.
