Mrs. Roy found me through Google and liked my website. She requested an estimate for gutter cleaning and a house washing for her Hampton home. She also asked if I could nail up the small piece of flashing that had come off the fascia board. We agreed upon a price for the work and a date.
I first completed the gutter clean out. I removed all the debris from inside the gutters and used a leaf blower to blow off the roof and fine materials from the gutter. I then nailed the piece of flashing onto the fascia. Once this was complete, I set up a sprinkler on her neighbors Japanese Maple tree, which are very sensitive. This continued water the tree during the cleaning and rinsing process. Once the organics were neutralized and rinsed I took my final product photographs and sent them to the client.
