Mr. Burns was notified by his HOA that his house needed to be cleaned. We agreed upon a price and scheduled the house for his cleaning. We arrived on time and notified him we were on the property. We applied our industry approved house wash mix to the surface. This house wash mix neutralized the green algae growth and provided a clean surface to be rinsed. We noticed the front of the house was oxidized and informed him of this prior to the cleaning. We completed a thorough rinse of the home and notified him we had completed the work. We requested him to inspect our work and he walked around the property and was very pleased.
