Mr. Civilla has been a customer for years. He noticed during our last heavy rain storm his second story gutter came loose and water was coming over top the lower level gutter. He contacted us to have his gutters cleaned and reattached. Upon inspection of the gutters there was minimal debris inside clogging the down spout which was causing the over flow. The down spout was cleared of debris and the water flowed freely. We also noticed the clips that hold the gutter on had come loose. We attached those clips securing his gutter in the proper fashion. We then had to reset the gutter clip screw which brought the second story gutter tight to the facia board.
