Mrs. Tyler signed our yearly contract for quarterly gutter cleanings on her rental property. There are several trees around the home and the gutters tend to fill up pretty quickly. It had just rained the night before so the debris was all wet and the gutters had standing water. We first cleared the down spouts so the water would drain. We then removed all the debris from the gutters. We will be back in August to complete the third cleaning of the year.
