Valerie was moving from her rental property and wanted to clean up the driveway, sidewalks, and two small porches. The porches were painted with the paint chipping off. I explained to her the loose paint would come off but the other would not. She was fine with that, she just want the dirt and algae removed. The driveway and sidewalk walks were also dirty. We applied sodium hypochlorite and a surfactant to the surface allowing it to dwell for several minutes. This loosened the organics from the surface then we used our 20" surface cleaner to wash the organics away from the surface. We then conducted a final rinse which brought the driveway back to its lighter finish.
