Mr. and Mrs. Quick contacted me to clean their house, chimney, sidewalk, patio, and huge deck. A previous pressure washing company came out and battled with the well water. They also furred up the wood deck to the point the homeowner will have to sand the deck to get it back to normal. I broke the job up into two days to alleviate the well issue. They were very understanding that I could not remove the furred wood. They were also impressed by how much a difference the pressure washing made to the patio and the chimney.
Products Used: Sodium Hypochlorite, Southern Drawl, Deck Brightener
