House and Garage Soft Washing in Gloucester Point, VA

Bob called to have his house and garage soft washed. They explained the soffits and facia on the front porch were getting black. They also said the north side of the house and the garage were getting pretty green as well.

I arrived and met with Bob. I then took my before pictures and video of the house, garage, and the plants. I applied the cleaning solution to the surface and had to allow it to dwell for several minutes. I had to apply two applications to the shed. For some reason the facia did not want to come clean on the first application. Once all the surfaces had an even application of cleaning solution and the dwell time was sufficient to kill the algae, I completed a thorough rinse of the property.

Bob and I completed a walk around his property. He was very pleased with my work and how the cleaner killed and removed the algae from the surface. He took a few of my business cards to pass them out. He even provided me with a 5 star review.
